Our logo is in three colors. How many colors can you embroider?
Our equipment can handle hundreds of different thread colors. Just provide us a PMS number for your logo colors, and we will match it for no additional fee.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks and all major credit cards.
When do you charge my credit card? Do you require pre-payment?
We typically will invoice you once the product ships. A “pay online” link is provided with the secure credit card payment invoice.
What if I receive more than I ordered?
Typically in our industry, some products will have a small percentage of overruns, especially paper products. At the time of order placement, we will inform you if there are any overruns.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel at any time before the order goes into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.
What are set-up charges?
Most of the items we offer have set-up charges, which cover screen charges, die charges, etc. It is important to note these are not art charges. These are charges to create the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo. On repeat orders, the set-up fees are usually reduced to a smaller repeat set-up charge.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes. Any order placed with us, whether new or repeat, will have a digital art proof emailed to your point of contact. We will only proceed once approval is given.
Do you charge sales tax?
We currently collect sales tax on orders shipped to all states that impose a sales tax, but not all do so. Please ask your account rep. If your organization is tax-exempt, we ask that you supply your tax exemption or resale certificate.
Can I see a sample?
We send samples free of charge unless the value is over $50. Our sample service is intended to help those who are seriously considering an item or are looking for ideas.
Can I order smaller or larger quantities than those shown?
Most of the time, the minimum quantity shown is the required minimum. Special pricing will be arranged if you need to order more than the quantities shown.
Use of Trademarks
If we use the artwork you supplied to imprint your product, you warrant that you have unrestricted rights and authority to use and distribute that artwork.
